Ondoy, Oh! Boy!

These exchange of SMS made me laugh my ass off.
I sent "general message" to those people I care the most thru text. There's one person that made me laugh and I wanna share it to you.
ME: Hi there! Just checking on you. Hope you are safe, stay near your house lang this Sunday or don't go anywhere anymore. Stay safe. Ü
MAI: Bakit?
(It's like she's saying: "Where i have been for the past 2 days? What's going on?" or "Ano naman ang care ko I'm safe, now what?!?")
So i replied...
ME: Dahil dumating na ang araw ng pagdadakila!
(Just like how Pyrena and I call the day of paghihiganti, we call it "pagdadakila" baklaan lang! No intention of saying it's the end of the world or give warning that there's danger ahead of her.)
Feeling niya siguro nag-convert na ako sa pagiging propeta!
MAI: Ano? Bakla huwag mo ako takutin may lakad ako mamaya....
ME: LOL
Yan lang ang nasabi ko, tawa ako ng tawa! Kasi naman nainis din ako sa sagot mong "Bakit?" after I showed my concern to you.
Hindi na siya nag-reply.
Seriously, my heart and prayers goes to all the victims of Ondoy. I am thankful that all of my love ones were safe. Thank God for our safety, hope all of us especially those who has been greatly affected will recover soon. I'm still hoping that everyone will be okay from yesterday's deluge. I'm praying for continuous safety.
This is the worst flood I've ever seen in my whole life.
Imagine Makati underpass completely submerged under flood water.
Even Cristine Reyes and her family weren't able to escape Ondoy's wrath. She was crying last night on the news asking for help. She stayed on the top of their roof for 12 hours waiting for a rescue.
It's a calling... Take care of Mother Earth and she'll take care of us. Disposing your trash properly would be a good start.

@period: kahit naman ako, i never had a thought that it was that seriuos. I was sleeping all afternoon bcoz i came from work, alam ko lang pinasok kami ng baha pero dedma ako!

Haha! Girl, baka d nya alam my bagyo at baha na sa Metro Manila. I was clueless din at first e. Nlaman ko nalang when a lot of people texted na nga.. Including you... :)
OR baka... wala nga talaga xa care. Hahahahaha....

indeed, very disastrous.. horrible.. sinisingil na tayo sa mga kasalanan natin sa inang nature.. dahil ang nature, ay isa ring trulalu na veykla.. o-okay okay lang.. tatahi-tahimik.. martir-martir and drama.. pero pag gumetbak.. bonggang-bongga..
